My two-weeks work experience here at Legend Press and Paperbooks is swiftly coming to an end and I must say it has been very enjoyable to be part of such a lively and energetic team! Throughout my time here I have gained a useful insight in the day-to-day running of an independent publishing company, which has been a great experience. The passion about what is published here is clear which creates a fresh and exciting environment to work in.
It has been very busy in the office during my time here, with the forthcoming releases of several new books, including Sarah Lapido Manyika’s, In Dependence and Nick Griffiths’s, Who Goes There, which have so far been generating a lot of interest.
As for me, it is back to University in October but in the meantime I am really looking forward to attending my first ever book launch later this month and will certainly be keeping my eye on the website for more great books in the future!
