'The Dessert Deli is the first cookbook I have written and has been in production for the lst year. I was lucky enough to be approached by publisher Paperbooks. They were keen to work with an upcoming independent business and heard about me through social neworking... From the start my publisher and I had a clear vision for the book. We wanted to portray the community feel of my business and to be approachable to all levels of cooks. So my main research source was my customers - real food lovers who themselves havea passion for baking an shelves full of cookbooks.'
